How to create a SIS file (Symbian Installation files) March 29th,2009
Upz ... my friends all do not let one interpret the title above.Creating SIS files that I am referring here not to make anapplication for Symbian mobile operating system but what I mean is that integrate files an application into a single SIS file to make it easier to distribute. Hmm .. ya confused? gini .. For example, fortinkering with an application that application SIS file is usuallyextracted first and then job-ngatiknya ngotak begins. For example,the language of the application is converted into Indonesian, or theapplication on-crack to get a full license. Well after the eventngotak add modifiers finished and it worked, the files that havebeen properly extracted again into 1 disatuin SIS files fordistribution and the installation process easier.

First download the first "MakeSIS v1.0" here. Then extract and runon a computer. Here's how it looks: Click on the words "Heavy" is on the upper right corner. Looks likethis will change: In the "Project Path" fill in the location of the folder containing the files that will be created precisely. Click the folder icon to select afolder. To remember is that the structure of the folder where the file is located must be the same as existing folder structure on the HP.For example if you want to put the file "contoh.txt" in "x: \ system \apps \ contohapps \ contoh.txt" then in the computer folderstructure should look like this "x: \ namaproject \ system \ apps \contohapps \ contoh.txt" and on the "project path"fill in "x: \namaproject \" ("x" here is the disk partition on the computer and ifthe internal or external memory if the HP). In the "Dest.folder" content with the location where you want the resulting SIS file that will later be placed. The default location will be the same with the "Project Path". "Name of the program" content with the name of the programwould you create a file precisely. In the "Change all" click one of these icons.  Kalo pengen ngerubahnya enough one on one just click the fileseveral times until the appropriate icon. In the "Select language" let aja like the default setting of "Default -Home". Next to "Compability" select the appropriate type of HP. So if thelater user will install the SIS file at HP that do not fit with that choicewill display a message "Application May not be compatible withphone. Abort?". Should be left default except kalo udah ajaconvinced that the SIS file is only suitable for one type of HPsymbian. "UID". This one's important because if any, installed programsgoing ga 'can be opened. To get the "UID" hit "Take from a file"then select the original SIS file that still has not diapa alias-apain(sis file that you extracted earlier.) Next you can fill out the application version in this section Enable this option to display a message when installing the SIS file on the HP. To edit the contents of the messages displayed press the icon ballpoint. In this section

activate if the sis file is a patch of programs already installed on theHP. If not ya ga 'have enabled:)

The last section "Add a SIS file That will from be installed after this. "Tap the text to add sis file to be installed after the main SIS file is installed first.

Okay now press the "Make SIS" and see the results in the same location as you have fill in the "Dest. folders". Next live transfer thefile to HP and install.
